excellent site from the U.S. Department of Energy will walk you through an

Partnership for Advancing Technology in Housing (PATH). A program of the
U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, PATH promotes the use of
advanced technologies in housing. There are special sections for builders,
remodelers, designers, realtors, and homeowners.

Research Center, this site is geared toward builders, but is very helpful to
